Welcome to Paz Lashes Esthetic. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, the booking of professional services, and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Professional Services & Appointments

  • Booking: Appointments are managed through the Booksy platform or directly with our staff. A valid credit card may be required to secure your booking.

  • Arrival Policy: We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of service time to avoid inconveniencing the next client, while the full service fee will still apply.

  • Cancellation & No-Show Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or “no-shows” will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% to 100% of the service cost, at our discretion.

2. E-Commerce & Product Sales

  • Product Accuracy: We strive for excellence in our product descriptions, clinical-grade ingredient lists, and imagery. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions or pricing are error-free.

  • Inventory: All orders are subject to availability. As we expand our catalog—including skincare, apparel, and wellness items—we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.

  • Shipping: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (UPS/USPS). Paz Lashes Esthetic is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.

3. Payments & Taxes

  • All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Sales Tax: Applicable taxes for Florida residents or other jurisdictions will be calculated at checkout.

  • Security: We utilize industry-standard encryption. We do not store, view, or have access to your full credit card data.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • Services: Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to receiving treatments.

  • Product Use: Customers are responsible for reading all labels and instructions. Paz Lashes Esthetic is not liable for adverse reactions due to the misuse of clinical products or personal wellness items.

  • Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase certain wellness and intimate products. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
