Refund and Returns Policy

At Paz Lashes Esthetic, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products (skincare, personal care, and intimate wellness), we enforce strict hygiene regulations to protect all our customers.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or refund. Beyond this period, we unfortunately cannot process your request.

2. Conditions by Product Category

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all security seals intact.

  • Skincare and Supplements: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on skincare products or supplements that have been opened or whose warranty seals have been tampered with.

  • Apparel and Textiles: Items must retain their original tags and show no signs of use, washing, or stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.).

  • Intimate Wellness Items (Personal Massagers/Toys): Due to sanitary regulations, all sales of intimate wellness items are final. Returns will only be accepted in the event of a proven manufacturing defect, provided the outer packaging remains untampered.

3. Accepted Grounds for Return

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect.

  • Product damaged during transit.

  • Shipping error (received an item different from the one ordered).

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to pazlashes@gmail.com with the subject: “Return Request – Order #[Number]”.

  2. Include a detailed description and clear photographs of the product and the packaging.

  3. Our team will evaluate the case within 48 business hours and provide return instructions if approved.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Errors or Defects: If the return is the responsibility of Paz Lashes Esthetic (damage or error), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Other Motives: If the return is due to a customer’s change of mind (on eligible items), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refund Process

Once the item is received and inspected at our logistics center:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

7. Sale Items and Final Sales

Items purchased at a discount, on clearance, or through promotional coupons are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
