Refund and Return Policy
At Paz Lashes Esthetic, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms below.
Timeframe for requesting a return
• You have up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return or refund.
2. Conditions for returns
• Products must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Returns are only accepted for defective products, products damaged during shipping, or incorrect products (e.g., a product different from the one ordered).
• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
3. Procedure for returning a product
• Contact our customer service team at pazlashes.com to initiate the return process.
• Provide your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the product (if applicable).
• We will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back.
4. Shipping costs
• If the return is for a defective product, damaged during shipping, or a shipping error, we will cover the shipping costs.
• If the return is for other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
• If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds do not include the initial shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Sale or promotional items
• Sale or promotional items are considered final sales and are not eligible for refunds or returns, except in cases of defects or damage.
